Designing for mobile is very similar to designing traditional web sites in the early 90s: multiple operating systems, screen sizes, user interfaces, browsers, screen resolutions, etc. It is also a delicate process, balancing design aesthetic with information. Mobile design is interactive design at it's most fundemental: provide information as efficiently and elegantly as possible within the parameters of multiple differing technology.
